What's the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product category. If your order falls under the standard minimum, get in touch — we can usually offer options and pricing for smaller runs.
How long is a typical lead time?
Standard decorated stock: up to 2 weeks. Fully custom development: up to 3 months, depending on complexity.
Can I see a physical sample first?
We'll send photos as standard. Depending on the product, a physical sample can also be arranged before you approve production.
What decoration methods do you offer?
